Accessibility

Accessibility Policy

Pro Athlete Compensation is committed to making this resource usable by everyone, including former athletes living with vision, hearing, cognitive or mobility impairments related to their playing careers.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That includes readable color contrast, keyboard-operable navigation, descriptive link text, alternative text for meaningful images and a page structure that works with screen readers.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing process rather than a one-time audit. As pages are added or updated, they are reviewed for heading structure, focus visibility, form labeling and responsive behavior at increased text sizes and zoom levels.

Third-party content

Some linked material, such as government reports, medical journal articles or league documents, is hosted by third parties and is outside our control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of external sites.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information from a page in an alternative format, please contact us and describe the page and the difficulty you experienced. We will work to provide the information in a usable form and to correct the underlying issue.
